We assign re-occurring dates for onsite visits, ranging from weekly to bi-weekly. These dates can be modified in any way that works best for your company. During these visits, our dedicated Network Engineer will answer user questions, address computer support issues, troubleshoot any problems that cannot be done remotely and complete routine pro-active network maintenance.
Our Network Engineers will spend as much time as necessary, up to half a day per visit, to resolve outstanding problems if any. During these visits, you can discuss current concerns, future plans for your network or any other issues that relate to your IT network.
